For delivery to locations outside of London, please get in touch with us to discuss potential delivery options. We strive to accommodate a wide range of delivery needs and will work with you to find a suitable solution.
Delivery Times:
Deliveries are typically scheduled between 7:30 AM and 5:00 AM, Monday through Friday. If you require your order to arrive on a specific date, please inform us at the time of ordering, and we will make a note on your order to accommodate your request. Once your order has been prepared for delivery, you will receive a confirmation email with the details.
Flatbed & HIAB Lorries:
Deliveries are carried out using our own lorries and vans. Please ensure that adequate access and parking for the vehicle at your delivery site.
Please note that our lorries are not equipped with a crane for offloading timber. It is essential that you have the means to manually unload your timber upon arrival.
If you require a HIAB lorry, which includes a loader crane for easier offloading, please contact us in advance to arrange this service.
Missed Delivery:
If no one is available at the specified delivery address to receive the order, we will regrettably need to cancel the order. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable. Additionally, all custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return or refund.
If you expect that no one will be on site to accept the order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Track your Delivery:
We will email you a tracking link once your order is dispatched. If you have not received it and wish to track your order, please contact us asap.
Delivery Did Not Arrive:
If the estimated delivery date has passed and you have not yet received your order, please contact us asap.
Next Day Delivery:
All products are eligible for next working day shipping if ordered before 1 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Orders placed after 1 PM on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday with express delivery.
