Delivery FAQs
🚚 When will my order arrive?
Economy Delivery: 3-6 working days from order placement
Express Delivery: Next working day when ordered before 1pm (Monday-Friday)
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details and estimated delivery time between 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
📍 What delivery zones do you cover?
We deliver across most of the UK with three main delivery zones based on proximity to our London depot:
- Zone 1: Central and Greater London (dark green on map)
- Zone 2: Extended London areas and surrounding counties (medium green)
- Zone 3: Rest of England and UK (light green)

🚛 Delivery vehicles & offloading
Deliveries are carried out using our fleet of vans and flatbed lorries. Please ensure adequate access and parking space for delivery vehicles.
⚠️ Important: Our standard lorries are NOT equipped with cranes for offloading.
Kerbside Delivery: Our drivers will park as close as possible to your location. You're responsible for unloading from the vehicle. Van drivers may assist where possible.
HIAB Lorry Service: Need a loader crane for easier offloading? Contact us in advance to arrange this service.
📦 What to check on delivery
Please inspect your delivery carefully:
✗ Do not accept damaged products
If you find damaged items, take photos and refuse delivery. Note all damages on the driver's delivery note. We cannot accept claims for damage unless marked on the delivery note.
📋 Report shortages immediately
Any missing items must be written on the driver's delivery notes and reported within 24 hours. Claims cannot be accepted without signed delivery notes.
Once delivered, the risk of damage or loss transfers to you, the customer.
🏠 Missed delivery & access requirements
Missed Delivery: If no one is available to receive the order, we'll regrettably need to cancel it. Delivery charges are non-refundable, and custom/personalized items cannot be returned.
Access Requirements: Please ensure your delivery location can accommodate our vehicles. We consider limited access if there are:
- Double yellow lines or red routes
- Narrow lanes or steep hills
- Low bridges or width restrictions
Important: If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues, a failed delivery charge may apply. Please inform us of any restrictions when ordering.
📅 Working days & cut-off times
Working Days: Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays)
Express Delivery Cut-off: 1:00 PM for next working day delivery
Weekend Orders: Orders placed Saturday-Sunday are processed on Monday
Example: Order placed Monday at 2 PM with 3-6 day economy delivery will arrive Thursday-Friday (next working days).
